Three Column Webpage Layout Experiment

I was inspired this week by the three-column layout of Sylvia’s website enough that I took a stab at one myself.

My site is for the most part a centered single column layout. (Despite the grid layout being substantially more complex than that.) I struggle with how to make use of the extra horizontal space in wide layout modes. So, this was a nice experiment.
